GRIP
Kettlebells are cast iron weights that resemble cannonballs with a handle and are an incredible training tool for improving total body strength! Originating in Russia dating back to the early 1700s kettlebells challenge just about every muscle group and help you work up a serious sweat. Using one-arm swings, cleans, squats and shoulder presses, our GRIP class is a complete body workout! Technique is key so our expert friendly instructors will guide you from start to finish. GRIP lasts between 45 and 60 minutes and is great fun so come join us for our next class and see for yourself!
