All of our sessions are spread across different locations in and around the Aylesbury area and we use a variety of equipment ranging from kettlebells to battle ropes, logs, and tyres. At The Fitness Division we pride ourselves on being a big family! Everyone looks after one another and great friendships have be found. We are the Aylesbury Army!

I specialise in Bootcamp and Group Training – making exercise tough but also with an element of fun!

Serving in the Army has made me mentally and physically robust and that’s the way I train my clients. I like to make people see their full potential and that starts with the mental training and building confidence. The body only stops because the mind tells it to.

Fitness is the easy part… learning how to keep pushing when it hurts is where I come in! I will make you never want to quit!

All of our instructors are fully insured, vetted, and qualified. Our strengths are being able to see the potential in every different client and to get the maximum out of them every time. We’re fun, cheeky, enthusiastic and very passionate about people achieving their goals!

Harry served in the British Army for 5 years as a Combat Medical Technician.

After completing two tours of Afghanistan Harry decided to pursue a career in teaching and completed a BA Education studies degree at Middlesex University. During this time Harry put his army fitness knowledge into effective use by working part-time at a local gym. Harry’s ambition and passion is to become a personal trainer. During his spare time Harry enjoys smashing weights and completing hill sprints then having a pint with the boys 😉


Harriet served in the British Army as an Electronics Technician.

The British Army is where Harriet found her love for fitness. Harriet has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years within both gym and boot camp settings. Fitness is part of her everyday life, with her favourite training being high intensity interval training and strength training. If Harriet isn’t training in her spare time you will find her travelling the country with her daughter.


Lia is one of our personal trainers and group instructors.

Lia first fell in love with training, where she competed on a local and national level running for VOAAC. Since having her two boys she has developed a strong understanding for strength and conditioning training and applies this to her clients training as well as her own. She also practices yoga and hopes to one day do her teacher training. Health and fitness is a strong part of her everyday life that she shares with her family and wants to help others share and enjoy it too.


Gareth has been a member of The Fitness Division family for 4 years… first as a customer and now as a Personal Trainer!

He has a passion for functional strength training, and loves to push himself beyond his limits when he trains.


Lise trained as a group exercise instructor 8 years ago and has since trained to teach a range of various classes.

She loves helping people push themselves and enjoy exercise with music and friends. The Fitness Division does this perfectly so if she’s not teaching she may be sweating it out beside you!


Rebecca joined The Fitness Division team in early 2018 as their in-house Yoga Instructor.

She’s been a qualified Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow & Meditation teacher for 4 years (teaching under Bee Yoga) but has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and experimenting with different styles along the way. Her priority is to create a relaxed and welcoming environment in which students can confidently flourish in their yoga journey. She teaches an Ashtanga-based creative flow working on strength, flexibility, and controlled pranayama (breathing).

Rebecca has a strong belief that yoga is learning to nourish, love and accept the mind, body and soul. Her friendly yet challenging teaching technique compliments the ethnics of The Fitness Division family.
